I recently got to shoot with Chicago artist Willis Beal. We vibed immediately. He surprised me and brought wine, although neither of us have ever opened a wine bottle before we made it work. It was hot so we ripped some white backdrop and left the studio to shoot on the street. This shot was done on the corner of Augusta and Western Ave in Chicago. Drinking on the street, gettin drunk, talkin about life, love, music, art. He was such a good dude, I’m always stoked when I shoot and make new friends.
